Fabrication

We are equipped with state of the art custom fabrication equipment. Our Vicon HVAC plasma cutting table is the ultimate solution for complete automation of the duct cutting process. Fast, reliable, and accurate, this state of the art plasma cutting table greatly reduces material, waste, and operating cost.

Installation

We go the extra mile to confirm our duct work is properly insulated and sealed, and pressure tested to meet project requirements to provide a reliable system.

Custom HVAC Duct Systems

We produce stainless steel, black iron, and aluminum rectangular, spiral, and oval pipe duct systems in house, right here in Houston, Texas.

Custom Fittings

Custom fittings are possible for all offered metals, and in any gauge required using single wall construction, with slip fit connections, TDC, snap locks, and can be single seam welded using MIG or TIG welders.
